Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (One Dozen)

These homemade chocolate sandwich cookies feature a double stuffed filling that just beg to be dunked in a glass of milk. 

If you're looking for a twist on the classic, get them dipped in chocolate!  They can be half dipped in semi-sweet or white chocolate.
